How much are the shipping costs for my order?

  • DHL Zone 3 – 14,90 €: Belarus, Finland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Montenegro, Norway, Rep. Moldova, Serbia, Switzerland, Sweden, Ukraine & United Kingdom

    How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    If the items you ordered are in stock (delivery time: item immediately available), we usually ship the next day, we have almost everything in stock and available for immediate delivery. The estimated delivery time depends on your exact location and the delivery time of the selected shipping service provider.

    Can I track the status of my order?

    Yes, You will also receive a confirmation email when the goods are shipped in which the tracking number is included and the associated link.

    Where can my order be delivered?

    We will deliver your order to the delivery address you specify.
    The delivery address, can not be changed after the order is placed, we ask you to note this.

    PayPal

    If you select the payment method PayPal, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of your order process.
    If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user information and make the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can sign in as a guest or create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
    Your payment is usually received us in a few minutes, which guarantees a fast order processing.
    If you have a return, we will arrange for credit to the PayPal account you used.

    Invoice with Klarna

    The payment options invoice, installment purchase, instant transfer and direct debit we offer in cooperation with Klarna. The payment is made in each case to Klarna.
    Once you receive the shipping confirmation of your order from us, Klarna will send you an invoice and further information by email.

    Prepayment

    You would like to pay your order in advance?
    We will ship your order as soon as we receive your payment on our account.
    The items will remain reserved for you until we receive your payment (max. 7 business days).
    Depending on the credit institution, it may take 3 - 5 business days before we see your payment in our account.

    • Please always indicate your invoice number / customer number as the reason for payment
    • Please transfer the invoice promptly
    • If you have a return, we will refund the purchase amount to the bank account from which you have transferred

    GiroPay

    Online bank transfer made easy, based on online banking with PIN and TAN, it allows you to pay easily, quickly and securely by online bank transfer. You need an online banking checking account at a participating bank or savings bank for this payment method.

    This is how giropay works:
    If you choose to pay with GiroPay, you will be securely redirected to the online banking of your bank or savings bank after entering your bank code. Here you log in as usual with your access data. As soon as you are successfully logged in, you will be shown a pre-filled bank transfer, in which all important data are already entered: invoice amount, reason for payment and our bank details. By entering the TAN you authorize the transfer. Immediately after the successful transfer, we receive a payment guarantee from your bank and can thus complete the order process directly.

    Please note:
    Some private banks do not yet support Giropay online transfer, including Deutsche Bank AG, Commerzbank AG, DZ Bank AG, Unicredit Bank AG, Hypothekenbank Frankfurt, ING-DiBa AG and some more.
