Shipping and delivery terms

This includes not only ensuring that you receive first-class products from World of Western, but also our promise that the items you order will be delivered in perfect condition to the destination of your choice within the promised time frame.

1: Where can my order be delivered to?

We will deliver your order to the delivery address you specify.

Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been placed.

2: What are the shipping costs for my order?

Shipping costs depend on your country:

Zone 1 - 4,90 €: Germany

Zone 2 – 9,90 €: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Vatican City

Zone 3 – 14,90 €: Belarus, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Montenegro, Norway, Republic of Moldova, Serbia, Switzerland, Ukraine

Zone 4 – 35 €: Australia, Canada, USA

3: How long will it take my order to arrive?

If the items you have ordered are in stock, they will usually arrive within 2–3 days. The estimated delivery time depends on your exact location and the delivery time of the selected shipping service.

4: Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you can track the status of your order using the tracking number on your invoice. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail when your items are shipped, which contains the shipping number and the corresponding link.

Payment methods

We want to make your online shopping as easy as possible. That’s why we offer you the following payment methods:

Credit cards

We accept the following credit cards Mastercard / Visa / V Pay / Maestro / American Express

We will not charge your credit card until we have shipped your order.

Secure encrypted transaction

We guarantee that your information is safe with us. All data is transmitted encrypted to ensure complete security.

PayPal

If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be directly redirected to PayPal at the end of the order process.

If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and make the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can log in as a guest or create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

Your payment will usually be processed within a few minutes, which guarantees fast order processing.

If you have a return, we will arrange for the amount to be credited to the PayPal account you used.

Prepayment

Would you like to pay your order by prepayment?

We will ship your order as soon as your payment is in our account.

The items will remain reserved for you until we receive your payment (max. 7 working days).

Depending on your bank, it can take 3–5 working days until we see your payment on our account.

 

Important notes for your bank transfer:

  • Please always state your invoice number / customer number as reason for payment
  • Please transfer the invoice promptly
  • If you have a return, we will refund the purchase amount to the bank account from which you transferred the money

Giropay

Online bank transfer made easy, based on online banking with PIN and TAN, allows you to pay easily, quickly and securely via online bank transfer. For this payment method you need an online banking current account with a participating bank or savings bank.

How Giropay works: If you decide to pay with Giropay, after entering your sort code, you will be securely forwarded to the online banking of your bank or savings bank. Here, you log in as usual with your login data. As soon as you are successfully logged in, you will be shown a pre-filled bank transfer form, in which all important data is already entered: invoice amount, purpose of payment and our bank details. By entering the TAN you authorise the transfer. We will receive a payment guarantee from your bank immediately after successful transfer and can thus complete the order process directly.

Please note:

Some private banks do not yet support Giropay online transfer, including Deutsche Bank AG, Commerzbank AG, DZ Bank AG, Unicredit Bank AG, Hypothekenbank Frankfurt, ING-DiBa AG and several more.
